Question 1: How long is Factory IPC warranty like?

All industrial PC platform is having 3 years warranty on all manufacturing defects on all part change excluding mishandling. Some product with wear and tear ( like Touch screen and Disk ) is subject to the package that we offer at that time.

The limited Warranty Term and condition as follows:-

* 1st year - cover part and labor

* 2nd and 3rd year : parts only - workmanship chargeable ( based on case to case basis on the item)

* Transport of items for repair ( To and fro)

Question 2: How do i engage with Factory IPC products and services ?

All Factory IPCs will be offered after the description of the applications and environment used by the users. Site visit may be required depending on the usage and applications. A standard questionnaire usually need to be filled to get our team to offer the right items to you.
